Examples:
- If you bring a computer in for a virus to be removed, it will be done at a fixed rate of £20.00
- If we come to you for a virus to be removed, it will be done at a the call-out hourly rate of £25.00 per hour (this is because while it is in our workshop, it can be left to do various scans and we can get on with other things, however, if we are on-site we will be dedicated to fixing only your problem)
*We can pick up/drop of for a fixed fee depending one the distance from us - £5 for up to 5 miles then £1 per mile up to 15 miles.
